Advanced materials, semiconductors and nanotechnology in a programme joining materials physics and nanotechnology.
Over four years you study chemistry, mathematics, classical and quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, electrodynamics, solid state physics, nuclear and particle physics and the physics of materials, then micro- and nanotechnology, thin films, functional materials and nanophotonics. Teaching is built around smart laboratories where students research alongside lecturers, a product development project and a final bachelor project, plus a professional internship. Routes include challenge-based learning, Innovation Development and Pedagogy, with Erasmus+ exchanges in Denmark, Portugal, China and South Korea. Graduates work as materials engineers, quantum computer technicians or nanorobot engineers, or continue to master's and doctoral research.
