What it is
The degree pairs classical and contemporary sociological thinking with communication: public relations, strategic communication, visual communication and international communication. Topic courses cover religion, crime and social control, gender, ethnicity and nationalism, migration and family diversity, and you learn qualitative and quantitative methods. Practical work includes two in-service trainings, a creative production lab, an engaged journalism lab and a bachelor thesis, with Erasmus+ and bilateral exchanges available. Graduates work as analysts and communication specialists in media, advertising, market research, human rights organisations, think tanks and ministries.
