Foundations of business and economics with social and legal perspectives, applied in projects, then a choice among more than 30 business, economics and law specialisations, with a class that is 60% international.
What you need
- No German needed; English B2. An unscored online self-assessment, then a written exam in Vienna on English, maths and business basics.

Every IB applicant at WU Vienna
A passed IB Diploma; beyond languages, WU sets no subject combination or minimum grades. Every bachelor's needs its selection procedure; the German ones need German C1 (German A HL 6, A SL 7 or B HL 7).
How places are decided
- 2026 criteria; 2027 not yet published. A 2-hour multiple-choice exam in Vienna (English, maths, business and economics reading); the top 240 are admitted.
