15 January 2027
Published as Friday, January 15, 2027, for anyone studying or last studying at a high school outside Canada, across Arts, Science, Engineering, Management, Education, Nursing, Architecture and Agricultural & Environmental Sciences.
McGill states it with the year and the weekday attached — "Friday, January 15, 2027" — as the "Application deadline for Fall 2027 admission to undergraduate programs by applicants studying or who last studied in an overseas or U.S. high school", which is the group an IB candidate at a school in Denmark is in. No closing time is published on that page. McGill assesses on predicted IB results or, if you have them, on final ones.

McGill's IB requirements page publishes 21 January without a year. So 2027 is expected rather than confirmed. Six days after the application itself, so it is not something to start after applying.
Source1 March 2027*
Published as 1 March without a year on McGill's IB requirements page; read as the 2027 cycle. McGill wants the school transcript with first-semester results and the predicted IB grades.
