What it is
You study geopolitics, the theory and history of international relations, international public law, the history and institutions of the European Union, and diplomacy and negotiation, together with a modern language. Later years add EU law, human rights, the single market, international trade and regional studies, with electives such as migration and asylum, and a final dissertation. Teaching uses case resolution, simulations and debates, and one semester abroad is compulsory. A second degree in law, economics or journalism can be added. Graduates go into European institutions, diplomacy, NGOs, journalism, consulting and international departments of companies.
