Transformational Leadership and Social Impact

Business, humanities and technology are taught together, with business tools for sustainability and social impact (entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, operations, strategy, design thinking), humanities such as philosophy, anthropology, sociology and psychology, and AI and big data applied to human problems. Much of the work happens in cross-cutting collaborative projects, in a dedicated classroom, a Fab Lab and company settings, with a compulsory internship and an optional solidarity internship. Cohorts are small, at around fifty students, and international experiences in Europe and Asia are part of the course. Graduates aim to become impact entrepreneurs or managers working for social impact.
