Deadlines
What it is
The degree is taught entirely in English and builds an advanced command of the language together with the study of literary texts from different periods, genres and cultural settings, and a grounding in applied linguistics and its uses. Typical courses combine English language, English-language literature and linguistics, and students write a final degree project. In the fourth year, external placements give practice in a professional setting where English is used. Graduates usually teach English in schools, secondary institutes and language schools, go on to university teaching and research, or work in public administration and in publishing and cultural industries.
What you need
- IB via UNEDasiss (grade 5–10), then Catalonia's pre-enrolment. Only PAU specific-phase or UNED PCE exams lift it towards 14; IB subject grades on the credential do not count.
