What it is

How the body responds to exercise and how to raise performance and health: physiology, anatomy, psychology and biochemistry in labs, a first-year Lake District residential, and advanced options such as extreme environments.

What you need

  • 6,6,6 to 6,5,5 at HL plus 32 points overall, depending on how many preferred science subjects you take (Biology, Chemistry, Maths, PE, Psychology and others).

Every IB applicant at Birmingham

Offers are three HL grades plus a minimum of 32 points: 7,6,6 for A*AA courses, 6,6,6 for AAA, 6,6,5 for AAB, 6,5,5 for ABB. Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences set their own IB offers.
