What it is
Design and engineering are taught together: freehand drawing, form design, modelling, design visualisation, colour theory and art studies on one side, and mathematics, physics, technical mechanics, machine elements, CAD/CAM and technical documentation on the other, with enterprise economics, marketing, project management and environmental studies. Studio and lab work counts toward grades. You choose between Product Design, centred on interior, textile and fashion accessories with sustainable approaches, and Packaging Design, covering packaging materials, printing technologies and eco-friendly design. An internship and a thesis are part of the degree, which prepares for a master's.
What you need
- Drawing portfolio as one PDF: a geometric-bodies drawing, a drapery study and free drawings or designs.
