What it is

A newer degree that trains you in the social sciences from both quantitative and qualitative angles, combining core teaching in economics and political science with statistics, management and law. You gain the quantitative skills for empirical analysis and the interpretive tools to understand complex economic, political and social settings, nationally and internationally, and the structure is tuned to the needs of the private sector and public administration. Statistics, programming and data analysis are in demand on the job market. Graduates work in international organisations, research centres, NGOs, internationally active companies, demographic institutes and news agencies, in roles such as policy and public-administration management.

What you need

SAT required to apply; minimum eligible SAT score 1100.
