What it is
The six-year programme is built around courses for each year plus elective learning activities, with a degree thesis at the end. Clinical training in clerkships is central, supported by a centre for advanced medical simulation and an e-learning platform, and typical early subjects include anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. Graduates are prepared to practise in national and international settings, to start specialist training in any branch of medicine and surgery, and to apply evidence-based medicine ethically. A MD-PhD programme opens from the second year for qualified students, and Erasmus and international mobility, including research placements abroad, are available.
What you need
- National admission test in English; in 2026 it was held on 29 September.
