What it is
You learn to manage port technologies, use computerised IT systems and solve logistics problems, with attention to smart autonomous ports and e-logistics. Graduates work as engineers in maritime and transport sectors, port administration, stevedoring, ship agency and freight forwarding, in roles such as technical consultant, industrial manager or project manager, or as entrepreneurs. The degree leads on to master's study, with shipping and port engineering offered as a related option at the same university.
