What it is
A quantitative base of linear algebra, analysis, probability, statistics and Python supports courses in economics, corporate finance, management accounting, behavioural finance, econometrics and financial risk management, plus derivatives such as futures, options and swaps. Teaching combines lectures, seminars and lab work, with a research project, an investment project and a complex financial engineering project. A final-year internship in Lithuanian or foreign companies precedes the bachelor thesis, and an enhanced group can earn an international management accounting certificate. Graduates work in market analysis, forecasting and asset management, or continue to a master's in data science or economics engineering.
