Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one builds on the human body, movement, communication and clinical reasoning, and year two moves to more complex patient cases. Theory and practical classes run in small groups with close guidance from lecturers, and you practise assessing and treating patients. Clinical internships start with a summer placement in year one and continue with two in year two, in different healthcare settings and cultural contexts. Year three includes specialised courses, a minor, research projects and professional assignments. Graduates work as physiotherapists in international healthcare or continue to a master's.
What you need
- Numerus fixus (100 places): apply by 15 January 2027; written exam and interview. VWO-level diploma; English at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

Every IB applicant at AUAS / HvA
The IB Diploma is on AUAS's list of accepted diplomas, including for the VWO-level International Business fast track. English at B2: a diploma taught completely in English in the EU can count as proof.
How places are decided
- Numerus fixus, 100 places: a written exam and an interview with an ESP lecturer rank you. Biology and chemistry are recommended, not required.
