Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
The first year covers programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, algorithms and data structures in C, computer architecture, networks, logic, discrete structures, calculus, linear algebra and information systems. There is creative freedom in projects and practicals, with quick feedback on programming work, and opportunities for an internship in a research group or company or for study abroad. The programme is linked to research groups in computer architecture, distributed systems, intelligent systems, software engineering and scientific visualisation. Graduates work as software developers, data engineers, cybersecurity experts, machine learning specialists or game developers, or continue to a master in Computing Science or AI.
