    Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is

You build a foundation across all areas of psychology in year one, along with academic skills and research methods. In year two you pick one of nine majors, among them clinical, forensic, developmental, economic, social, and work and organisational psychology, and take statistics, specialisation courses and supervised small-group research. Year three finishes the major with a professional practice course, a minor, two electives and a bachelor's thesis, and you can study abroad for six months. Teaching combines lectures with lab research, tutorials and group assignments. Typical courses include Brain and Behavior and Personality Psychology.

Full IB Diploma, 24+ points, three HL subjects; your school grades are assessed, not predictions. An English-taught IB exempts you from a test. Maths AA HL for Econometrics; AA SL/HL or AI HL for economics and business.
