Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one builds foundations in calculus, linear algebra, probability theory, microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance and programming in R and Python. Year two moves to life insurance mathematics, risk theory, machine learning for quantitative economics, econometrics and a research seminar. In the first semester of year three you can do an internship, study abroad or take a minor or electives, and the second brings specialised courses such as stochastic models in life insurance and the bachelor's thesis. A Dutch-start track and an English track cover the same content. Graduates are sought after in insurance and many other sectors, and can continue to a master's and then certification as an actuary.
