From annex 1 to Senate resolution 62/V/2026, in Polish: "Rekrutacja rozpoczyna się nie później niż 30 czerwca 2027 roku i kończy się nie później niż 1 października 2027 roku." A latest-possible opening rather than the opening: in 2026 the School of Medicine in English opened in February and the main rounds on 1 June.

A genuine 2027 date with a stated penalty, from annex 1 to Senate resolution 62/V/2026: a candidate who undertook at enrolment to supply a missing document has until 24 September 2027, with the date of arrival at the faculty counting rather than the date of posting, and failure produces an administrative decision that blocks starting the course. This matters to an IB candidate whose apostilled diploma may be slow to arrive.

What it is
This Una Europa degree starts with introductory and transversal courses in Krakow in the first year, covering the physical basis of climate change, the sustainable development goals, the circular economy and the ethics of sustainability, with language and communication training. In years two and three you choose one of six tracks, each led by a partner university: Sustainable Chemistry and Physics (Helsinki), Economy and Geography (Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne), Law and Politics of Sustainability (Jagiellonian), Environmental and Life Sciences (Complutense Madrid), Economics, Management and Engineering (KU Leuven) and Social Sciences and Humanities (Zurich). An optional final-semester mobility is possible at eight associated universities, and graduates aim for roles such as sustainability consultant, compliance officer or chief sustainability officer.

- Online entrance exam in English; you also need an English certificate such as IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90 or Cambridge 176.

No IB points or subjects are set: non-Polish applicants to most English bachelor's are ranked on an online interview in English alone. The IB needs no apostille or translation.

- Ranked on an online exam (0-100) on reading texts and data and on set sustainability readings; one list for all citizenships, 180 places in 2027.
