What it is

The degree prepares you for international technical assistance projects in rural development and agriculture, tackling poverty and food security in developing countries while protecting the environment. You develop project management, international communication and multicultural team management skills, with applied biology of agricultural production. Mandatory practical training in non-profit organisations, government institutions or private companies working in development grounds the theory. Graduates work in development organisations, government agencies and private firms on agricultural and rural development.

What you need

  • Written World Geography and English test, waived with a school GPA of 1.6 or better on a Czech-comparable scale; ask FTZ whether IB grades qualify.
