What it is
The three years give a solid grounding in linguistics, English literature including children's literature, the culture and history of English-speaking countries, and the principles of teaching English as a foreign language. You build teaching competence through practice as a teaching assistant with children aged five to fifteen in primary and lower secondary schools. Graduates can teach, or work in international departments, administration or language agencies, and a follow-up master's in research and development in educational studies is offered at the faculty.
What you need
- English at B2 with a certificate (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 70), a 9,000-character motivation essay, a CV and an online interview.
