What it is

This four-year professional degree is taught entirely in English and split between the Faculty of Economics in Cheb and OTH Amberg-Weiden in Germany, with a diploma from each. You combine business economics with technical content such as robotics, digitalisation and artificial intelligence and their use in production, and build English and basic German. Two six-month internships at partner companies are built into the four years. Graduates aim at roles in project and product management, key account management, data analysis and innovation, and partner firms offer jobs directly.

What you need

  • Czech or German at A2 is required (a certificate, or German in your school-leaving exam); English B2, which an IB Diploma taken in English meets.

The faculty's rules ask foreign school-leavers for nostrification or its own assessment (CZK 500); Czech law now accepts the IB Diploma without nostrification, so ask the faculty which applies.
