What it is

Philosophy, literature, art and political thought read closely in small seminars, with a major in art and aesthetics, ethics and politics, or literature and rhetoric, and a BA thesis in year four.

What you need

  • No German needed to apply; you must show intermediate German by the end of year two.

The German BA needs an IB that meets Germany's KMK rule (six set subject groups, a 4 in each); BCB publishes it as an IB sheet. English at C1, waived after a year of English-taught school.
