What it is

Human behaviour is studied together with business and analytics, so you learn why people think and choose as they do, how organisations change, and how to measure and predict behaviour with data. The practical curriculum includes projects with real businesses, and you choose one of two elective tracks: human-centred consulting, where you solve challenges for real clients, or marketing and talent strategy, built around an AI-powered business simulation. The first year can be spent in Segovia before moving to Madrid. Graduates work as consultants, HR and talent managers, consumer behaviour analysts, market researchers and customer experience designers.

What you need

  • Full IB Diploma, first-sitting results only. Most admits score 34–45 (student average 36). IE's own test (or SAT, ACT, LNAT) and an interview.
