What it is
Economics is studied entirely in English over four years, with the aim of making sound decisions in public bodies and private businesses. In the final year you follow an itinerary that lets you specialise in the area that interests you most, and an optional work placement with English-speaking employers is available, arranged with Barcelona Activa. Exchanges run through Erasmus+, exchanges within Spain and the university's worldwide mobility programme, and a final project is required. Graduates work as economic and financial analysts, consultants, data analysts and policy designers in public administration, banking and companies, or go into research.
