What it is
The degree is built on mathematics and computing for making sense of the large volumes of data that social networks, personalised medicine, recommendation systems and smart cities produce. The first year is largely shared with the school's other information-technology degrees, which makes a second degree possible with little extra time. You can take the whole degree in English, optional internships start in the third year, exchanges abroad are open from the third year, and a final project closes the degree. Graduates work as data analysts, machine learning specialists, software developers and AI engineers.
What you need
- Choose the 100%-English group in years 1–2 (a Catalan/Spanish group also runs); most later subjects are in English. B2 English highly recommended.
