What it is

You study object-oriented programming, discrete mathematics, data structures and algorithms, computer networks, cybersecurity, web applications and IoT-based systems, plus basic Chinese, Finnish and English. Teaching combines lectures, company visits, projects and extensive laboratory work, and the degree closes with a bachelor's thesis; the curriculum stresses sustainable development and digital transformation. It is a double degree with Hebei University of Technology, taught entirely in Finland, with certificates from both universities. Graduates work as software developers, testing and automation engineers or business analysts, or continue to master's programmes in software engineering or digital systems.
