What it is

This double degree covers mathematics, physics, engineering design, mechanics, electronics and control systems, then moves into power systems, electrical drives, circuits, digital design, mechatronics and embedded systems. Alongside the engineering, you study basic Chinese, Finnish and English, and can add a minor such as energy economics or innovation and entrepreneurship. Lectures, exercises, laboratory work, company visits and projects lead to a bachelor's thesis, and you complete the whole degree in Finland while earning certificates from both LUT and Hebei University of Technology. Graduates work as project, test, design and technical sales engineers, or continue to master's studies at LUT.
