What it is
The first three semesters give a business foundation, built on the idea that an HR specialist is a business expert focused on people, work processes and organisational culture. You then study the main HR functions: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, competency management, employer branding, labour law, industrial relations, organisational behaviour, leadership and performance management. Elective tracks are HR Branding, HR Technology and Digitalization, and HR Training and Development, and the final semester is practical experience in a company. Graduates work in multinationals, HR consultancies, recruitment and employer branding agencies, tech startups and the public sector.
What you need
- No IB points rule: finish secondary school with overall marks above 50%. English is judged in a compulsory online interview (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 69 accepted, not required); art degrees need a portfolio.
