What it is
The programme centres on biblical literature (Old and New Testament, the Pentateuch, the Synoptic Gospels), Christian theology, the history of Christianity, apologetics and worldview, with philosophy, ethics, missiology, peacemaking and justice. First-year seminars are interactive and group-based, two Christian ministry practicum courses come with instructor guidance, and year four includes research methods and a supervised thesis defended in public. Classes are small. Graduates are prepared for theological graduate study, ministry in churches and service organisations, teaching, or professional careers that draw on a liberal arts education.
