What it is
The first years cover mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering graphics and materials, then vehicle mechanics, internal combustion engines, vehicle dynamics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and computer-aided engineering for transport machinery. Later you pick one of five specialisations: automotive transport, railway transport, automotive engineering, mobile machinery or autonomous vehicles. Laboratory work and design course projects run through the degree, and a semester-seven internship places you in a real enterprise. Graduates design vehicles and machinery, or work in transport operations, infrastructure bodies, charging networks and rescue services.
