Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
You learn programming, how software works, how data is represented digitally, the mathematical and logical principles behind computing, how hardware is built into computers and networks, and how to protect IT systems through cybersecurity. Practical work includes GiPHouse, a student software company that works for real customers, and the New Devices Lab for experimenting with new gadgets, as well as courses on processor assembly language. Cyber security and AI are particular strengths of the Nijmegen programme. Graduates take IT roles across many sectors, and most find work before they graduate; the university AI master is a related option.
