Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
You study digital culture, identity, community and the role of art in society, while building academic writing and research skills. Writing is central: students publish papers and opinion pieces on an online platform with a global readership, alongside search engine optimisation skills. Courses include Exploring Digital Cultures, Digital Media and Politics, and Art and Media in a Digital Society. In year two you choose electives or an internship, and in year three you build a profile with a minor, electives or an exchange and write a thesis. After a master's, graduates work in digital agencies, online journalism, cultural heritage, government and research, as editors, content coordinators or policy officers.
