Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
The programme covers the traditional legal subjects, such as contract, tort, criminal, administrative, property and constitutional law, but compares different legal systems rather than one. Year one introduces law, justice and legal history, with interdisciplinary work alongside economists and sociologists. From year two the focus moves to legal courses, including EU law and public international law. In year three you can go on exchange or stay for minors, and you write a thesis; typical courses include Business for Lawyers and Law, Technology and Society. After a master's, graduates work as consultants, legal advisers or compliance analysts, with alumni at NATO, the European Parliament and the International Criminal Court.
