Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is

You study the car as a system, combining mechanical engineering with electronics and software for electric, automated and connected vehicles. Half of the curriculum is automotive courses and half is core subjects such as mathematics, natural sciences and multidisciplinary design, with a quarter given to electives. A learning pathway on users, society and enterprise looks at the impact of technology on people. Teaching is lectures, guided self-study and challenge-based projects on real cases, ending with an individual Bachelor End Project. The degree is awarded as electrical engineering with an automotive specialisation, and the Brainport Eindhoven region, home to much of the Dutch automotive industry, provides employers.
