Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
After a base of calculus, statistics, linear algebra and logic, you follow three learning lines throughout: systems (security, networks, databases), software development, and algorithms and theory of computing. In year one you build a user-friendly web portal; in year two you work with students from other programmes on an open problem tied to the Sustainable Development Goals; in year three you take an in-depth course and join a ten-week group project on open-source software before the Bachelor Final Project. Two courses cover engineering ethics and engineering for society. Graduates become software or app developers, or take a master's in Computer Science and Engineering or Embedded Systems.
