    Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

Every date in the Netherlands

What it is

You learn to turn technology into products and services, balancing data, creativity, user needs, aesthetics, social impact and business across five areas: business and entrepreneurship, creativity and aesthetics, math, data and computing, technology and realization, and user and society. Learning is self-directed and hands-on, with prototypes made to test ideas and multidisciplinary squads working on social themes and presenting at a Demo Day each semester. From year two you deepen your strongest area, using electives in design or other departments. Year three brings an exchange, internship or minor elsewhere, then a Final Bachelor Project. Graduates become product, UX and service designers, innovation consultants or entrepreneurs.

Every IB applicant at Eindhoven University of Technology

Full IB Diploma with Maths AA HL for every bachelor's; engineering and design ones add Physics HL. An IB Diploma taught only in English, or English A HL at 5, covers English.

How places are decided

    • Everyone eligible is admitted
    No cap: meet the subject requirements and you are admitted. Apply in Studielink by 1 May and complete the study-choice check.
