Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
You study how technology shapes people and how to design technology around human needs, for example household robots, smart lighting and intelligent infrastructure. Year one is a fixed mix of about half psychology and half technology, with around two days a week on group design and research assignments. In the first quarter you choose a specialisation such as Robotics, ICT or Living, and from year two a quarter of the programme is free electives. Challenge-based projects bring in students from other departments, and year three ends with an individual Bachelor End Project including a scientific report.
