Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one lays a foundation in biology, chemistry and physics with courses such as Cell Biology, Mathematics and Programming, Physical Chemistry, Biomolecular Chemistry and Biological Physics. In years two and three you take twelve electives, at least six within the major and up to six from the whole university catalogue, organised in four themes: Genes to Organisms, Molecules and Cells, Molecules and Medicine, and Biophysics and Modelling. The programme finishes with a bachelor thesis, a research project of your own under the supervision of scientific staff.
