What it is
Core courses in philosophy, research methodology, logic and academic writing run alongside English throughout the three years, with the chance to take ancient Greek and Latin. Disciplinary courses draw on biology, physics, geography, political science and history, and from the second year you choose one course from this programme and two from other university faculties. The programme is part of the European Consortium of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Graduates are described as having analytical and communication skills useful in business, academia, government and the nonprofit sector, and many go on to study medicine, law or education.

Every IB applicant at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan
IB grades convert to Matura percentages (7 = 100%, 6 = 90%, 5 = 75%; HL counts as extended level). IB holders skip the foreigners' entrance exam, and the Diploma proves English.
How places are decided
