Deadlines
What it is
The first year covers developmental and educational psychology, the theory and sociology of education, inclusive education and digital skills, and later years turn to teaching Spanish, mathematics, English, social and experimental sciences, physical education, music and arts. You are in schools from the second year on, with placements that grow longer each year, and a bachelor thesis closes the degree. Teaching is bilingual in English and Spanish, and you can follow a mention in English language teaching or in special educational needs. Graduates qualify as primary school teachers and can continue to a master's in secondary teacher training.
What you need
- Taught in Spanish and English groups; choose the English group at enrolment. UC3M may ask for Spanish B2 for a Spanish-taught or bilingual degree.
