Deadlines
What it is
The degree trains engineers to design and build audio, video and multimedia systems, weighing cost, quality, security and time in their decisions and keeping the human, legal and ethical sides of the work in view. The first year is largely shared with the other information-technology degrees at the school, and you can take the whole degree in English or in a mix of Catalan, Spanish and English. Optional external internships start in the third year, with companies from broadcasters to technology firms, exchanges are open from the third year, and a final project closes the degree. Graduates work in video and radio production, recording studios, broadcasting, the music, film and video game industries, and computer vision companies.
What you need
- Choose the 100%-English group in years 1–2 (a Catalan/Spanish group also runs); most later subjects are in English. B2 English highly recommended.

IB via UNEDasiss (grade 5–10). In Catalonia only PAU specific-phase or UNED PCE exams lift it towards 14; IB subject grades on the credential do not count.
