Corvinus - final diplomas, certificates and proof of English dueHard deadlineDetails
Published as "1 August" with no year, twice: the application-information page lists "Step 8 Submit final diplomas and certificates by 1 August", and the admissions-requirements page says Corvinus "accepts the following proof of English language proficiency (minimum equivalent B2 level) submitted no later than 1 August". This site assumes the 2027 intake. Comfortable for an IB candidate - the diploma is issued in early July - but it is the last gate before enrolment, and an offer is conditional on it.

What it is
The first year introduces all three disciplines: logic and moral and political philosophy, comparative politics and political decision-making, and economics, together with research methods and themes such as sustainability and AI. Year two links them through the individual, community and society, advanced political economy and global governance. Year three is for specialised study and two thesis projects. After year two you pick one of eight specialisations, such as Economics and Philosophy, Modern Political Problems or Global Social Challenges, and study abroad is recommended in year three. Graduates work as policy analysts, economic analysts and government relations specialists.
What you need
- Both parts must be passed: the maths requirement (IB Maths SL 5 or HL 4 replaces the exam) and then an online interview.

The IB Diploma is named as accepted: IB English SL 5 or HL 4 covers the English proof, and Maths SL 5 or HL 4 replaces the maths entrance exam. No GPA or subject minimum; admission is on exam or interview points.
How places are decided
- Two parts, both to be passed: the maths requirement (or exam), then a 10-15 minute interview; scored out of 100 against a yearly threshold set by the Dean.
