What it is
You first learn how the human body works, in health and in disease, along with the theoretical and practical foundations of physiotherapy techniques. Later the focus shifts to clinical use: physiotherapeutic examination skills and treatment procedures, including more complex therapeutic methods. Teaching is in small groups using a problem-oriented approach, with clinical practice. Graduates work in prevention, healthcare and rehabilitation, either independently or as part of a healing team, with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions.
