What it is
A solid grounding in business and economics is paired with liberal arts courses in writing, science and the humanities, and each year carries a regional theme: technology and entertainment in Los Angeles, global banking and financial leadership in Hong Kong, and European integration in Milan. In the final year you pick any of the three partner schools to specialise. Internships are arranged in each country, and extracurricular activities introduce local business language and culture, so cultural immersion is part of the course. You finish with three bachelor's degrees, one from each partner, and graduates are well placed for jobs in international businesses and organisations.

Requirements in full
Every IB applicant at Bocconi
Full IB Diploma, 24+ points with 12 at HL, TOK, EE and CAS passed; no subjects required. An IB in English meets the English rule. Predicted grades are not used.
How places are decided
- A joint committee reads your whole profile: coursework and grades, SAT/ACT (optional), activities, essays and counsellor or teacher references.
