    Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is

The first year spans finance and accounting, marketing, business management, logistics, risk management, data analytics and strategic management, after which you choose your own specialisation. Learning is project-based, with assignments for real companies from the first year onward, a compulsory internship, and classes of no more than 30 students in Venlo. Year three offers internship and minor options abroad, supported by a network of partner universities and regional companies. Graduates work as controllers, financial managers, financial analysts, data analysts or business advisors, often at the company where they interned.

Requirements in full

Every IB applicant at Fontys

The IB Diploma is named as giving access. Many programmes also want satisfactory maths grades, engineering also physics or chemistry, with no IB grade set. An IB Diploma usually exempts you from an English test.
