What it is
You begin with marketing strategy and brand management, business and finance basics, consumer behaviour and business psychology, and digital channels such as social media, plus logistics at the Venlo campus. Projects for real companies run through the whole degree, in cohorts of at most 30, along with two six-month internships at organisations worldwide and an optional exchange semester in year three. After year one you shape your own focus, for example digital marketing, branding, market research or international marketing. Graduates become content creators, digital marketing managers, brand managers or communication consultants.

Requirements in full
Every IB applicant at Fontys
The IB Diploma is named as giving access. Many programmes also want satisfactory maths grades, engineering also physics or chemistry, with no IB grade set. An IB Diploma usually exempts you from an English test.
How places are decided
- Not selective: meet the requirements and you are admitted. Apply in Studielink by 1 May 2027; a study choice check talk is optional.
