Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one is shared with Chemistry, covering mathematics for chemistry, organic, physical and inorganic chemistry, spectroscopy and an introduction to chemical engineering. Year two turns to thermodynamics, transport phenomena, reactors, separation processes, polymer chemistry and green chemistry. Laboratory practicals run throughout, with a process design project and a bachelor research project carried out with industry partners, and a semester abroad is optional. The programme draws on companies such as Shell, BASF and AkzoNobel. Graduates become chemical or energy engineers, product developers or researchers, or continue to a master in Chemical Engineering or Energy & Environmental Sciences.
