Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one includes biochemistry, biophysics, calculus, mammalian cell biology, optics, organic chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, physiology, programming for life sciences and thermodynamics, and year two adds inorganic chemistry, spectroscopy and microbiology. Practical lab courses run from the first year, and you finish with a research project in your area of specialisation, chosen in year three from pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry or physics. The programme links to four research institutes, including those for biomolecular sciences, chemistry, advanced materials and pharmacy. Graduates typically continue to a master such as Biomolecular Sciences or Medical Pharmaceutical Sciences, leading to research, biomedical engineering, product development or teaching.
What you need
