Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
You study how intelligent systems work and how that relates to the human brain, starting with introductory AI, human cognition and programming. Year two adds machine learning, deep learning, human-computer and human-robot interaction, cognitive neuroscience and research experience, with practicals in the Brain and Behavior Lab. Ethics is built into the courses, and teaching is hands-on. In year three you take specialisation courses such as Hybrid Intelligence, use a mobility window for a minor, an internship or other courses, and write a bachelor's thesis. After a master's, graduates work as intelligent software developers, technology consultants, AI researchers or machine learning engineers.
