Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one covers calculus, linear algebra, probability, statistics, economics, finance and Python, with introductions to econometrics in R and to data science. Year two adds advanced mathematics, machine learning for quantitative economics, econometrics, mathematical economics and a group empirical project. In year three the first semester is free for an internship, study abroad, a minor or electives, and the second combines a thesis with a specialisation: econometrics, on causal models and policy analysis, or data science, with language technologies and reinforcement learning. You learn to advise organisations on the impact of their strategies and to support decisions with data analysis. A Dutch-language track has the same content.
